Best Roofing’s documentation process revolved around physical manila folders and uploading photos from their camera roll to OneDrive: Their crews would take photos on their phone, attempt to find the correct job folder in OneDrive, and patiently wait while their 100+ photos uploaded to the drive (which took anywhere from 10 – 50 minutes depending on their connection). Often, their crews would just avoid it altogether because of how difficult it was.

They had a solid tech stack, including their homegrown CRM, FollowUp CRM. But they were lacking a photo, video, and job site documentation solution that could scale alongside their business.
