CompanyCam is a great tool for any contractor, but to get the most out of our communication and collaboration tools you need someone to communicate and collaborate with. That being said, we won’t force you — you’ll have two empty seats that you can leave empty forever, OR fill at any time with the people you work with the most, whether that is someone in your office or a subcontractor.

The SAVINGS you get on the annual plan 🤑. 

Plus, with the annual plan you pay up front for an entire year, and you don’t get billed again until your year is up. On the monthly plan, you pay month-to-month for more flexibility. 

Adding and removing users works differently as well. For an annual subscription, your first bill is based on how many users you have. Then if and when you add a user, you’ll be charged a one-time amount, prorated starting the day you add them. When you deactivate a user on an annual plan, you’ll have an empty seat that you can fill with a new user. If you never fill that empty seat, your next annual bill will reflect your current user number.

Our Pro subscription gives you 10 credits to try out our AI-powered actions, shared across your entire company. When you use an AI action, your number of credits will go down, and deleting an action you’ve already used won’t increase the number of credits you have.

Forever! As long as you’re a CompanyCam customer, we won’t delete any of your photos. If you stay with us for 10 years, you’ll have 10 years worth of photos, nicely organized right where you can find them. If you ever quit using CompanyCam, you can download your photos before you cancel.

Nope. Every photo that anyone at your company takes using the CompanyCam app is stored in the cloud in your account. If you dismiss an employee, just delete them from your account. You will still have all of their photos, but they won’t be able to access them.

Not at all. CompanyCam saves your work photos in the cloud so they don’t clutter up your camera roll or take up space on your device.

Very secure. We use Amazon’s S3 Cloud to store photos securely online. We also use SSL encryption to form a secure connection with the server while we’re transferring photos. Only you (and your company) have access to your photos.

You sure can. At the end of your one-year subscription, you can switch back to monthly before you auto-renew and get charged for another year. You can cancel your annual subscription at any point, but you’ll still have access to your account until the year is over.

Yep!

Two features have capabilities that require specific devices. The ability to record in Dual Video Mode is exclusive to iOS users. The videos generated can then be viewed by anyone!

Similarly, capturing photos in LiDAR Mode requires an iOS device with a LiDAR sensor, but once a photo is taken in a qualifying device with LiDAR Mode enabled, anyone on the team can use those photos to get measurements.

Your team will need at least one device with a LiDAR sensor to capture photos in LiDAR Mode. Once a photo is taken in a qualifying device with LiDAR Mode enabled, anyone on the team can use those photos to get measurements — from any device with CompanyCam on it.
