CompanyCam keeps your entire sales process in one place, from the first conversation to the final payment. Track your pipeline, build quotes, send proposals, and collect payments from the same app where your job documentation already lives using Sales Suite.
Here’s what each tool does, how they connect, and how to use them together.
What is Sales Suite?
Sales Suite turns the documentation you’re already capturing into a quote, a signed proposal, and a paid invoice.
Five features work together across the life of a job:
- Project Boards: a pipeline view showing what’s a lead, what’s active, and what’s closed
- Customer Directory: a directory tied to every customer’s project history
- Proposals: a document builder for quotes, scope of work, and e‑signatures
- Price Book: your saved services and pricing, ready to drop into any proposal
- Payments: deposit and payment collection by card, bank transfer, or Tap to Pay
Because everything stays connected to the project, your photos, notes, proposals, and other documentation are always in one place.
Know where every job stands
Knowing where a deal stands shouldn’t mean digging through a spreadsheet or chasing a teammate for a status update. CompanyCam keeps that answer in one place, tied to the customer behind every job.
Project Boards
Project Boards give you a live view of every deal. The default board comes preloaded with labels that match a typical contractor workflow: Lead, Proposal Sent, Scheduled, Active, Complete, Lost, and Unqualified. Drag projects between columns as jobs move. Rename or reorder labels to match how your team actually works.
Customer Directory
The Customer Directory gives you the other half of the picture: global access to every customer across all your projects, with room for multiple contacts per job. When a repeat customer calls, their contact info, project history, and notes are already there. You can attach a customer to a new or existing project, add multiple contacts to one record, and track where a lead originally came from.
Quote before you leave the driveway
A quote used to mean a night at the kitchen table, piecing a proposal together from scratch after the crew had already gone home. With Sales Suite, that same quote gets built on-site and sent before you’re back in the truck.
Proposals
Proposals let you build and send a professional quote right from the job site. The builder walks you through the client, the scope and timeline, the line items, and the deposit request, all inside the same project you’ve already been photographing. Your customer gets a styled, ready-to-sign document, and nothing goes out until you’ve reviewed it.
Price Book
Price Book holds your company’s saved services and pricing, so nobody’s retyping the same line items on every job. Pull saved items straight into a proposal and adjust quantity or price for that specific customer without touching the master list.
Close the loop and get paid
Getting paid has usually means invoicing the customer after the job wrapped. With Sales Suite, payments and approvals happen inside the same proposal you already sent.
Payment Processing
Payments are built directly into the proposal, so requesting deposits and final payments is part of sending the quote rather than something you circle back to later. Customers can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank transfer, or Tap to Pay.
Signatures
Signatures let a customer accept a proposal and sign it digitally right where they read it. You walk away with proof of approval instead of a verbal yes you’re hoping holds up later. Every signed proposal stays attached to the project, alongside the photos and notes you already have on file.
From first call to final payment
Sales Suite brings your entire sales process into CompanyCam, so every lead, proposal, customer, and payment stays connected in one place. Project Boards track every opportunity; Customer Directory keeps every customer’s history in one place; Proposals and Price Book help you build consistent quotes faster; and Payments collects deposits and full balances online or in person.
Since it’s all tied to the same Project, your customer details, photos, proposals, and payments stay together instead of scattered across different tools. Your team gets one clear view of every job, start to finish.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Sales Suite replace a CRM?
These sales features aren’t a complete CRM replacement. Instead, they’re a set of tools built around the Projects and photos already in CompanyCam. If you use a separate CRM, CompanyCam’s integrations connect to many of them.
Can I build and send a quote from the job site without switching apps?
Yes, right from your phone or tablet. Pull in your saved pricing, get a signature, and it’s already turning into a payment request before you’re back in the truck.
Can I collect a deposit or full payment on-site, and what does it cost?
Card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Tap to Pay, right from the proposal. Fees run as low as 2.5%, and you’ll need Stripe connected to collect.
How do I track where every job stands, from lead to paid?
Project Boards give you one pipeline view, lead to paid, drag and drop. It’s per-project status, though, not a rolled-up view across multiple locations yet.
Can this replace lien waivers, progress billing, or insurance claim tracking for restoration work?
No, not yet. Keep your restoration or claims software for lien waivers and supplements, and use Sales Suite for the proposal and payment side of the job.
What’s the difference between Sales Suite and Marketing Suite?
Sales Suite gets the job quoted and paid. Marketing Suite turns the finished job into your next lead.
Are proposals and payments available outside the US?
Proposals and payments are currently available to US-based CompanyCam accounts only. Project boards and customers are available to all paid accounts regardless of location.
