Procore manages your projects from end to end. CompanyCam captures everything that happens on site.
The CompanyCam and Procore integration connects both platforms automatically — so every photo, annotated image, document, and Before & After captured in CompanyCam syncs back to the corresponding Procore project, keeping every stakeholder on the same page from the first day on site to the final walkthrough.
How the Procore + CompanyCam Integration Works
Once you connect CompanyCam and Procore, the integration automatically:
- Creates a CompanyCam project — with a [Procore] label applied — whenever a new project is created in Procore.
- Syncs all annotated photos, documents, and Before & Afters from CompanyCam back to the Procore project under Photos or Documents.
- Keeps every project stakeholder current on job progress without anyone manually transferring files between platforms.
Give Every Stakeholder Eyes on the Job Site
On a large project with multiple subs and moving parts, no single person can be everywhere at once. Project managers need to know what’s happening on site. Owners need progress documentation. Subs need to capture their scope without stepping on anyone else’s work.
With CompanyCam photos syncing automatically to every Procore project, the job site record is available to everyone who needs it — in the platform they’re already working in. Your field teams keep documenting the job site the way they always have. The office gets the full picture without making a single call to the field.
Standardize Documentation Across Every Crew and Sub
On a job with multiple crews and subcontractors, documentation quality varies. One crew captures everything. Another captures the minimum. A sub takes photos but attaches them to the wrong project. By the time the job closes, the record is incomplete and nobody knows whose photos are whose.
Checklist templates in CompanyCam solve this before it starts. Build a template for each phase or trade, and every person on site — regardless of who dispatched them — captures exactly what the project record requires. Those photos sync to Procore automatically, so the documentation is consistent from the first foundation photo to the final punch list.

Protect Your Business When Jobs Get Complicated
Large projects carry large risk. When a scope dispute comes up, a change order gets contested, or an owner questions what condition the site was in before work began, the documentation in your Procore project is what you point to.
CompanyCam photos are timestamped and geotagged at the moment of capture, automatically. Annotations sync along with the photos, so the notes your crew added on site come through too. That means your job documentation isn’t just organized — it’s a defensible record of exactly what happened, and when.
For contractors managing complex jobs with multiple stakeholders, that distinction is the difference between a dispute that gets resolved quickly and one that doesn’t.
