NEW: AI Trial

AI Note
AI Notes makes preparing daily logs, walkthroughs, and inspections a breeze. Walk, talk, and take photos on a job site, and let AI summarize everything into an organized Page, complete with photos and notes.
Whether you work in the field or the office, you’ll love AI Notes:
In the field. Do double the work in half the time. Put together daily logs and job site notes with pictures as you walk and talk. Automatically organized by AI.
In the office. Get organized content from teams on job sites with all the info (and none of the typos) needed to put together estimates and work orders.
AI Notes are accessible in the Pages tab in the CompanyCam app.
Quick Caption
Photo descriptions make all the difference when passing off projects from one team to another. But typing them in takes a significant amount of time.
Quick Caption lets you just talk, and boom — captions appear!
An added benefit of less typing is fewer typos. Our AI writing tool makes typos a thing of the past, and editing to add additional context after the fact is simple.

New & Noteworthy Integrations
Speaking of doing more in less time…
Updated: QuickBooks Online
In addition to creating CompanyCam projects from QuickBooks Online, companies using this integration can now lock the QuickBooks invoices that sync to CompanyCam.
This highly requested functionality ensures that only your Admins and Managers can view confidential customer invoices. To edit this setting, you just need to navigate to the Integration tab in your CompanyCam account and check the box.

In-App Updates
In addition to our usual performance updates and bug fixes, we’ve added more value to the features you know and love.
Pages (Pro & Premium)
Pages is a new place to capture project notes and build out estimates, work orders, and materials lists.
If you’ve got a lot to say, you can start with a blank page. We also have a handful of templates and outlines to help you get your thoughts flowing.
The Pages tab is also where you’ll access AI Notes. Any AI Notes generated will live in this tab (on mobile and desktop) after they’re processed. That’s where you’ll go if you want to move some things around after the fact or add additional details.
Project Tasks Updates (Pro & Premium)
On the web, you can now easily drag and drop to reorder your project tasks, edit them in line, and create new tasks by tapping Enter.
Complete tasks also automatically hide from view, but you can still see what’s completed by checking “Show Completed Tasks.”
Report Templates (Premium)
Admins and managers can now save report section summaries.
You can manage your summaries from “Create Report Template” in Templates and at the project level in the report builder.
