New and Networthy Integrations
We launched 23 integrations with our partners in 2022. And we’re already on pace to outdo that number this year. Here are some of the latest connections we’ve made.
New: BIM360 + CompanyCam
Autodesk BIM360, part of the Autodesk Construction Cloud, is a powerful construction management tool that centralizes job site data for construction companies, keeping jobs on budget and crews safe.
This integration automatically syncs BIM360 projects to CompanyCam and uploads any photos or documents captured in CompanyCam back into BIM360. If you work with multidisciplinary teams on projects, you’ll enjoy this one.
Speaking of Autodesk Construction Cloud, we integrate with it, too!
New: busybusy + CompanyCam
The app so nice they named it twice.
If you’re one of the hundreds of CompanyCam users who’s long asked for an integration with a time tracking/clock in-clock out system, this one’s for you.
busybusy’s easy-to-use app helps construction crews better track their time on job sites, limiting those time card arguments that come up. This allows business owners to make better budgeting decisions and increase profits.
When you pair that with us, you’ll be one of the most efficient teams in town.
New: Contractor Foreman + CompanyCam
We recently announced an integration with Contractor Foreman, an all-in-one project management tool built for small to medium-sized businesses.
Once connected, photos and documents added to CompanyCam projects sync directly to Contractor Foreman accounts so they can be used within their 35+ features.
New: Estimate Rocket + CompanyCam
Estimate Rocket has powerful features that help contractors reduce the time and cost of building estimates and invoicing customers. With our integration, you can add detailed CompanyCam photos to those estimates!
Noteworthy: Procore + CompanyCam
Late last year, we turned on our Procore integration, and project managers and subcontractors have been loving it.
What’s not to love about it? When a new Procore project is made, a new project with a Procore label is created in CompanyCam, and photos taken in CompanyCam automatically sync back to Procore projects.

CompanyCam Signatures [beta]
You’ve asked When are you adding e‑signatures to CompanyCam? in about a dozen different ways. And now we’re answering in one, semi-clear way: Now-ish.
Our beta launch of CompanyCam Signatures is here! All users with Pro and Premium accounts will soon be able to request, track, and gather signatures.
This feature comes at a flat-rate add-on of $49 per month, and you will not be charged until the feature is added to your account. And, like the sentence two before this one says, anyone on your account can use this feature.

CompanyCam Checklists
Sometimes, you try to make fetch happen, and it just doesn’t stick. In that spirit, we are changing To-Do Lists to Checklists in CompanyCam.
But the name is not the only thing that’s getting updated. We’re focusing on adding a ton of functionality and formatting options to make tracking your work in CompanyCam easier than ever before. Stay tuned!

Homeowner Access (New)
It’s always been easy to share photos with your clients — it’s probably one of the reasons you started using CompanyCam in the first place. But what hasn’t been the easiest was figuring out how to add a homeowner who prefers to be a little more hands-on.
That’s why we launched Homeowner Access! This allows you to add a homeowner to their project without paying to add them as a user.
Once they accept their invite, they’ll be able to view photos, add photos, and leave comments. This is a great solution to get a preliminary look at a project before work begins or clarify some work on what has or hasn’t been done.
Galleries and timelines are still a great option for clients who just want to get updates on their own time: tap the share icon at the top right of the main project view to send them out!
Email Recaps
If your business has multiple jobs in production, it can be hard for everyone to stay updated on their status. The solution to this is already built into CompanyCam!
If you have Admin permissions, you can set up automated emails to send daily, weekly, or monthly, including all the activity happening in your account over that time.
Fun fact: We’ve heard from users that this has created friendly competition among their crews to see who can take the most photos and complete jobs quicker. Something that keeps everyone informed and grows comradery? Sign us up.
Closers = Cash
In the spring, we launched our new referral program, CompanyCam Closers, where we gave you awesome swag for every company you referred.
In the new-year-new-us spirit, we’re changing up our rewards tiers.
NOW, your referrals will earn you CASH based on the number of users the business has on their account after two months:
1+ users = $100
5+ users = $250
10+ users = $500
20+ users = $1,000
100+ users = $2,500
Oh, and the brand-spankin’ new Ford F‑150 is still up for grabs for our top referrer.
