What are Project Templates?
Project templates are a Premium feature that allows managers and admins to preload all the Checklists and Reports their crews will need for every project.
For example, you use the same inspection and install list and project recap report for every job. Project Templates make sure those are ready to go in your project without your production and sales crews having to find them in the templates or manually adding yourself.
Project Templates are available on both the web and the app, so you’ll have all the info needed no matter where you’re creating the project from.
How to Use Project Templates
Templates are only available on Premium. If you’re a Pro user, you just need to go to your billing page and upgrade your account.
To manage templates, go to your Account Settings and select Templates (New). Here you can access all of your CompanyCam templates—Reports, Checklists, and Project Templates.
Note: You’ll need Admin or Manager permissions to access your templates.
