Things are getting busy; do more in less time with CompanyCam integrations!
Updated: QuickBooks Online
The next phase of our QuickBooks Online integration now allows users to sync Estimates.
When you add an Estimate to a customer file in QuickBooks, a matching file will populate underneath the Documents tab, with a QuickBooks Estimate label added to the project.
You’ll be familiar with the workflow if you already sync Invoices from QBO to CompanyCam.
We have one more big update for this integration, which we plan to launch in June. One (no one) might call it the pic de résistance (they won’t) of this integration.
New: ClientTether
ClientTether, a top-rated sales automation and CRM for home service franchises, just launched a new integration with CompanyCam!
This integration allows users to create a new CompanyCam Project or link an existing Project to a ClientTether Proposal. After they’re linked, you can upload photos from the connected CompanyCam Project to the ClientTether Proposal — and view the Long Quote, just like a client would.
New: HeyPros
HeyPros helps construction pros streamline operations through efficiency and clarity. Their platform is a centralized hub for connecting with subcontractors, tracking compliance, dispatching work orders, and monitoring project progress.
Here’s how the integration works:
Create a new CompanyCam Project and capture photos of the job
Switch to HeyPros and start building a Work Order
Link it to CompanyCam Project and add your photos
Send to your subcontractor(s)
Once assigned, new photos will not sync from ComapnyCam to HeyPros, but any images shared by subcontractors in HeyPros will sync back to CompanyCam with a “HeyPros” tag.
New: AccuLynx
It’s easy to see why this one was so heavily-requested.

Enhanced AI Trial Features
You’re missing out if you haven’t used our AI Trial features — AI Note and Quick Caption.
In a short couple of months, thousands of AI Notes have been generated to help build bids and proposals, provide daily job updates, and organize inventory inside CompanyCam users’ shops.

The Quick Caption UI recently received a facelift, so now it’s easier to access all of the photo editing tools you want without too many screen taps.
In-App Updates
We made a bouquet of task-oriented updates and in-app experience upgrades.
Project Tasks from Videos (Web and Mobile)
You now create tasks from videos. In the app, you’ll now see the New Task icon near the bottom of the screen. New Task is added to the right-side menu on the desktop, where you add comments, descriptions, and tags.
Hide Completed Project Tasks
You can now collapse completed project tasks to keep your screen free from distractions.
In the app, you’ll see a toggle labeled Hide Completed that shows/hides your completed tasks. On the desktop, completed tasks hide by default, but you can view them by clicking > Show Completed.
We also improved video playback and in-app performance of returning to the app after it’s been open in the background.
