It’s been a busy couple of months at CompanyCam HQ. Since the last newsletter, our team has launched a handful of new integrations, a new pricing tier, and updates to key app features to help you work more efficiently.

ServiceTitan
The ServiceTitan and CompanyCam integration takes the hassle out of managing customer information, photos, and project updates across multiple platforms.
This highly requested integration is a dream for project and operations managers. With photos and project updates consistently syncing, you can ensure you’re getting the most up-to-date information from the job site so you can collaborate quickly and move jobs along faster.
Google Drive (open beta)
You already know that CompanyCam offers unlimited cloud storage. And while triples is best, it never hurts to double the backup on your job site photos.
This integration, like our one with Google Calendar, is free to use and easy to set up—you just need Admin or Manager permissions to start syncing your CompanyCam project photos to matching subfolders in Google Drive.
Merchynt
Local SEO is essential for trades businesses, but it can take a lot of time and effort to do it well. The new Merchynt and CompanyCam integration uses Paige, Merchynt’s AI tool, to take the busy work out of uploading and updating your Google Business Profile.
When a user tags a CompanyCam photo with Marketing or Before and After it’s sent to Paige and used to optimize your Google Business Profile media section, posts, and Facebook and Instagram pages. It can even use the photos to create localized YouTube content.
Bolster
Bolster’s powerful construction management software for residential construction businesses now integrates with CompanyCam.
This integration allows teams to do their best work from either tool: Once connected, anytime a new project is created in Bolster, a corresponding project is created in CompanyCam (or vice versa), with photos syncing from CompanyCam to Bolster.
FieldPulse
FieldPulse’s award-winning field service management software now integrates with CompanyCam!
With the integration connected, a new Customer entry in FieldPulse automatically creates a CompanyCam project. Then, all of the photos, videos, and documents teams upload in CompanyCam sync back to FieldPulse customer files.
ContractorFlow
ContractorFlow’s all-in-one customer management tools help contractors grow their business with lead, project, and analytics tools. And now, you can sync CompanyCam photos and documents to the platform in real time.
The integration allows sales and production teams to access pictures, videos, and documents on records inside ContractorFlow without leaving the app, saving you time and money on data storage.

Updates and additions to your favorite features.
New: CompanyCam Elite
Elite has been around for just two short months, but we’re already hearing feedback from users who love the way it’s helped them work more efficiently and market their business:
And they’re collecting thousands in project deposits and other fees with Payments.
New: Request Payments on Pages
Speaking of Payments, you can now request a Payment in Pages. With this functionality, users can build simple invoices in Pages that can be easily shared with customers to review and complete the Payment request.
Note: This is available to all Elite accounts and Pro and Premium accounts that have already been approved for Payments in the past.
Updated: Project Templates
A significant update to Project Templates is now available on the web!
When creating a new project, Premium and Elite users can see what’s included in a Project Template before they apply it, ensuring teams have all the info needed to get started.
You can even include Labels in a template (including those created from an integration), which will help you keep your jobs organized and projects moving along the timeline.
Coming Soon: Photo-Text Recognition
Want to copy text from a photo in a CompanyCam? This upcoming update has you covered!
This tool makes it easy to find and share important details like serial and model numbers, codes, and addresses on equipment and products. If you do service work or deal with product warranty claims, this functionality will help you keep all your codes organized and accurate.
