What Actually Integrates?
CompanyCam + ServiceTitan
While connecting your ServiceTitan and CompanyCam accounts, you can customize how projects get created in CompanyCam. You can choose whether "dispatched" or "scheduled" jobs in ServiceTitan create a project in CompanyCam, as well as which types of ServiceTitan jobs trigger project creation, such as the business unit, job type, or both.
All photos, videos, and files from your CompanyCam project will then sync back to ServiceTitan along with a link to the project. You'll find that link in your job summary. Job-type labels will be added to your project in CompanyCam, and once you're done with the job, you'll have the option to archive it so you can keep your projects nice and tidy.
