New: CompanyCam + NiceJob Integration
Looking to level up your customer review game? Check out this new integration with our friends from NiceJob!
NiceJob is a reputation marketing tool trusted by thousands of pros to streamline the process of gathering customer reviews, referrals, and digital content.
With this integration, users can prompt their customers to leave a review preloaded with CompanyCam photos of their project — increasing engagement, attracting leads, and winning more jobs.
Updated: CompanyCam Chrome Extension
Our browser extension isn’t new, but we did just add some new functionality that our users have been asking for.
Now, you can access all your project photos in the extension — not just the 100 most recent ones. This update is huge for the paparazzi users, with a couple hundred to a thousand job site photos per project.
Tip: You can batch-select photos using Shift + Click and select/unselect individual photos with Command + Click (Ctrl + Click on Windows).

Pages allow you to easily create job site notes — complete with your CompanyCam pictures! — inside of your projects.
This is the ideal space to jot down all the details your team needs to see, create daily logs, and build work orders and materials lists because it’s where all the rest of your work is already happening. Open up a project and give Pages a try today!
Company Dashboard (Premium)
Want a better way to see what your team is up to in CompanyCam? Check out Company Dashboard.
The Company Dashboard pulls together high-level metrics (projects created, checklist fields completed, photos captured, reports generated) from everyone in the account. You can sort anywhere from all-time numbers to yesterday’s.
You can see user-by-user data, including their permission level and most recent login, and the abovementioned metrics.
Premium teams love the dashboard because it gives them an immediate and historical look at usage, allowing them to set team goals, coach their employees, and measure and reward crews for hitting goals.
Payments: Type a Number, Get Paid
CompanyCam users can now request and collect customer payments via CompanyCam with Payments [Beta]! This workflow makes collecting payments from homeowners a breeze.
You’ll need to follow a few steps to start with Payments [Beta]. Once set up, you can send a request link to the customer, have them enter their payment details on your phone, or scan a QR code to pay.
Note: This isn’t an invoicing system with line items and sales tax. Think of this more like Venmo or Cash App.
Referrals are Back in the App
The CompanyCam Referral Program is back and more straightforward than ever. After trying a few different things and collecting user feedback, we made it simple:
You refer someone with your personalized link
They sign up and pay to use CompanyCam for two months
You get a $100 Visa gift card via email
The most complicated part now is deciding how you’ll spend your gift card(s).
