YEAR IN REVIEW GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: December 15, 2025

1. Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. The sponsor is CompanyCam, Inc. (“CompanyCam”), a Delaware corporation, with a principal place of business at 300 Canopy St #200 Lincoln, NE 68508. 2. Eligibility. This ​“Year in Review” Giveaway (the ​“Giveaway”) is open to CompanyCam customers who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (“Participants”). Employees, officers, and directors of CompanyCam and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on December 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on January 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the ​“Giveaway Period”). CompanyCam’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter. To enter the Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, Participants must: (i) share their CompanyCam ​“Year in Review” to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or LinkedIn; (ii) tag @CompanyCam in the post; and © include the hashtag #DoGoodWork. Posts must be set to public to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per Participant per social media platform (maximum three entries per Participant across all platforms). Multiple accounts or attempts to enter more than the stated limit will void all entries. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. CompanyCam assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, CompanyCam may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Giveaway. This is a game of chance. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5. Winner Selection & Notification. Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by CompanyCam on or about January 6, 2026. Winners will be notified via email from an official CompanyCam email address on or about January 7, 2026. Potential winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. CompanyCam’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
6. Prize. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) prize package consisting of: one (1) YETI cooler and assorted CompanyCam branded merchandise. Prizes are awarded ​“as is” with no warranty or guarantee. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prize value.
7. Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, Participants agree to release and hold harmless CompanyCam, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS GIVEAWAY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for CompanyCam to use winner’s name, likeness, and social media post for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to CompanyCam’s Privacy Policy, available at https://​com​pa​ny​cam​.com/​p​r​i​v​a​c​y​-​p​olicy. Entry information will be used to administer the Giveaway and for CompanyCam’s marketing purposes unless Participant opts out.
10. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
