SumoQuote builds the proposals. CompanyCam captures what’s actually on site.
The SumoQuote and CompanyCam integration connects both platforms — so every photo your crew takes is available to pull directly into your SumoQuote reports and estimates, without downloading files, switching apps, or sending photos to yourself first.
How the CompanyCam + SumoQuote Integration Works
Once you connect SumoQuote and CompanyCam, the integration automatically:
- Makes all photos from a linked CompanyCam project available to use inside any SumoQuote report.
- Links SumoQuote reports to CompanyCam projects by address — so the right photos are always attached to the right estimate.
- Allows you to link existing SumoQuote reports to CompanyCam projects retroactively, not just new ones.
Put Job Site Photos in Every Proposal
A proposal with photos of the actual job site is more convincing than one without. When a customer can see what was found, what needs to be done, and why the price is what it is, approvals come faster and objections come less often.
With CompanyCam photos available directly inside SumoQuote, your estimators build proposals from real documentation — not descriptions of what they remember seeing on site.
Your crew captures what they find. Your estimator links the CompanyCam project to the SumoQuote report, selects the photos that tell the story, and drops them into the proposal. The result is a quote that looks professional, stands behind the numbers, and gives the customer something concrete to say yes to.
And with AI reporting tools generating customer-ready summaries from those same photos without typing a word, the gap between field documentation and finished proposal gets even smaller.
Every Photo, Organized and Ready When You Need It
The fastest proposals get built from documentation that’s already organized. Every photo taken in CompanyCam is organized by project the moment it’s captured — tagged, timestamped, and tied to the right address. When your estimator links the CompanyCam project to a SumoQuote report, every photo from that job is right there, ready to select.
No hunting through a camera roll. No asking the crew to resend something. No downloading and re-uploading files between platforms. The documentation your crew took on site is available in your proposal tool the moment you need it.
If you want to go further, AI Walkthrough Note can organize job site observations into structured notes that complement the photos in your proposal.
Win More Jobs with Proposals That Show the Work
Contractors who show their work win more jobs than those who don’t. When a proposal includes photos of the exact conditions your crew found on site — the damaged flashing, the rotted decking, the scope that justifies the price — customers understand what they’re paying for and trust the contractor who documented it.
With CompanyCam and SumoQuote connected, every proposal your team builds can be backed by real job site documentation. The photos are already there. It’s just a matter of putting them to work.
