JobTread + CompanyCam Integration
Our friends at JobTread just built a fantastic integration with CompanyCam!
Once connected, you can streamline your workflow by syncing your photos, videos, and documents from CompanyCam directly into your JobTread job files — helping you stay organized, complete your projects on time, and increase your profits.
Housecall Pro + CompanyCam Integration [Updated]
Our team made important functionality updates to our popular Housecall Pro integration this past month.
The update: photos added in CompanyCam will sync to the active Estimate or Job in Housecall Pro, not the most recently created Estimate or Job. That way, you and your crews can keep everything squared away and projects moving smoothly.
Reminder, this is in addition to the upgrades we made back in June:
Any new customer or address added in Housecall Pro will now create a corresponding project in CompanyCam.
Matching project labels have been added to CompanyCam projects to understand better what stage your Housecall Pro Job is at at a glance.
A link to your project in CompanyCam will be added to your current Job in Housecall Pro so you can quickly bounce back and forth between apps as needed.

CompanyCam Chrome Extension
Looking for a better way to get your CompanyCam photos to another software or website? Add our browser extension to your Chrome, Brave, or Edge browser today!
If you use a CRM that we don’t directly integrate with, the extension helps keep your workflow efficient. So you don’t have to download and upload files whenever you need to use them outside of CompanyCam.
Pro Tip: The extension makes uploading images to social media and email easy.

Default Project Templates in CompanyCam
Did you know you can set a default template — complete with your most-used checklist and report templates — to be used on all new projects?
Click “Templates” underneath Resources on the left navigation on the desktop.
Once you’re in the template manager, click the Project Template tab.
Select the three-dot menu on the template you want to use for all future projects.
You can go back and edit any of your templates or change your defaults at any time.
Providing a consistent, high-quality customer experience is critical to growing your business. And our checklist, report, and project templates make it easier than ever to help you provide that to them.
Pro Tip: This is extra handy if you use a software integration with your CRM or FSM!

Share CompanyCam Projects with a QR Code
You can now generate a QR code for any project in CompanyCam! Just click ••• in the top right corner, and you’ll see an option to Download a QR code.
Here are a few ways CompanyCam users are implementing QR codes into their workflow:
Project managers overseeing multiple jobs print codes off and add them to their job site docs so they can quickly scan the project and see where everything is at before they get out of their trucks.
Users working on jobs with multiple subs and extended timelines print off the QR code and put it at the entrance so employees can scan it and get right to work without looking up Nearby Projects.
Teams that do recurring jobs at the same address or buildings with multiple units use the QR code to ensure that projects are syncing to the correct job.
Collect Electronic Signatures in CompanyCam
Are you looking for a straightforward digital signature tool? Look no further than Signatures.
Signatures allows you to add custom form fields to the documents you upload into CompanyCam and send them off to your customers and subcontractors for their sign-off.
You can even gather the signatures you need from the field via the CompanyCam app!
