With the CompanyCam MCP connection, you can ask Claude to pull up project details, review jobsite photos, perform bulk actions across projects, create checklists, or prepare customer proposals using information already in CompanyCam. The more context your team captures throughout a project, the more information Claude can use to help you manage multiple tasks and run the work.

Perform bulk actions
When you need to make the same update across multiple jobs, Claude can help you perform bulk actions in CompanyCam. Instead of updating each project individually, you can ask Claude to find specific projects and make supported changes to their details, assignments, or labels.
You can also use bulk actions to organize jobsite photos, add tags, or update project information across several jobs. Give Claude clear instructions about which records to update, and review the changes to confirm everything is accurate.
Prompts to try
- "Find all projects labeled 'Ready for Inspection' and assign them to Mike."
- "Add the 'Completed' label to all projects finished this week."
- "Find all untagged photos from the Johnson project and tag them based on the work shown."
- "Update the project description for all jobs in the Oak Ridge development."
- "Find all active roofing projects and add our standard inspection checklist."
When to Use
Use Claude when you need to apply the same change to multiple projects or organize a large amount of jobsite information. Project managers can update assignments across several jobs, while office teams can organize project records and photos without repeating the same steps.
Bulk actions are particularly useful when preparing jobs for upcoming work or updating project records after a busy week. Claude can work through supported changes across multiple records, giving your team more time to focus on the work that needs attention.

Connect more of your business with MCP
You can take bulk actions further by connecting other business tools that support MCP. When your financial, CRM, or marketing tools are connected to Claude alongside CompanyCam, you can use information from multiple systems to complete tasks across your business.
Depending on what each integration supports, you could:
- Financial tools: Pull project details from CompanyCam and compare them with job costs, invoices, or budgets to review project profitability across multiple jobs.
- CRM tools: Use documented job progress to update customer records, prepare follow-up messages, or identify customers ready for their next appointment.
- Marketing tools: Find completed projects and jobsite photos in CompanyCam, then use that information to draft social media posts, customer testimonials, or project showcases.
- Scheduling tools: Review upcoming jobs and crew assignments alongside project information to help coordinate schedules and prepare teams for upcoming work.
With multiple tools connected, Claude can help you complete tasks that involve information from different parts of your business in a single conversation. The actions available depend on each tool's MCP capabilities and permissions, but connecting your existing software can open up more opportunities to manage work across systems.
