If your sales pipeline lives in HubSpot and your job site photos live somewhere else, your customer record is never the full story.
The CompanyCam + HubSpot integration connects what happens in the field directly to every deal and contact in your CRM — so your team always has the documentation to back up the work.
How the CompanyCam and HubSpot Integration Works
The CompanyCam and HubSpot workflow automation keeps your customer records complete by automatically:
- Creating a CompanyCam project when a Deal or Contact is created in HubSpot.
- Adding a link to the CompanyCam project directly to the HubSpot Deal or Contact record.
- Syncing all photos and documents from CompanyCam to that Deal or Contact in the Notes section.
Document Every Job Without Changing How You Work
Your sales team is already in HubSpot. Your crew is already taking photos in CompanyCam. The integration connects the two so documentation happens as a byproduct of work — not an extra step anyone has to remember.
When a new Deal or Contact is created in HubSpot, a CompanyCam project is created automatically. Your crew shows up, starts capturing, and every photo syncs back to the right record without anyone manually moving files or following up after the fact.

Give Your Sales and Service Team the Full Picture
When a customer calls with a question about past work, your team shouldn’t have to dig through a shared drive or text someone in the field to find a photo. With CompanyCam photos and documents syncing automatically to HubSpot Notes, the full project record is right where your team is already working.
That means faster response times, cleaner handoffs between sales and service, and a customer experience that feels more organized — because it is. And because every photo is organized by project the moment it’s taken, nothing gets buried or lost between jobs.
Managing a larger crew? Permission settings let you control exactly who can see and work on each project, so your HubSpot records stay clean and your team stays focused.
Protect Your Business With Job Site Proof
Photos aren’t just for project management. When a customer disputes the scope of work or questions what was done on site, the documentation in your HubSpot record is your proof.
With timestamped, geotagged CompanyCam photos synced directly to every Deal and Contact, you have a clear, organized record of what happened — and when. That’s not just good for operations. It matters when a homeowner pushes back, when an insurance adjuster asks questions, or when a job goes sideways and you need to show exactly what your crew found on arrival.
How to Connect CompanyCam and HubSpot
You’ll need active accounts in both CompanyCam and HubSpot, with Admin permissions in each platform. The integration must be set up through a web browser.
- In CompanyCam, navigate to Integrations under Resources.
- Find the HubSpot card and click Connect.
- Choose whether Deals or Contacts should trigger new projects, then click Save.
- Sign in to your HubSpot account and click Connect App.
- Optionally, select a specific Deal or lifecycle stage to trigger project creation, then click Save.
One setup note: When creating Deals, make sure to associate them with a Contact that has a saved address — CompanyCam needs that address to populate the project location automatically. If the Associate Deal with section isn’t visible on your Deal form, refer to the additional configuration steps in the help doc.
