1. NO PURCHASE OR CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of Entry, except for officer, directors, and employees of CompanyCam, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sponsor”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: All eligible individuals who Enter are ​“Participants”. To Enter, between June 16, 2025 at 5:00pm CST and June 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (“Contest Period”), Participants must complete the following steps:

• Follow @companycam on Instagram; and

• Comment a thumbs up emoji on the giveaway post; and

• Share the CompanyCam Do Good Work video to your story, our top pinned post (“Enter”, ​“Entries”, or ​“Entering”).

All Entries must be publicly visible to be counted. Private accounts must be verified via direct message (“DM”) to Sponsor in order to be counted. Participants can earn up to 50 additional Entries by:

• Up to 20 bonus entries by posting a picture of your job site with a thumbs up, tag @companycam, and use #DoGoodWork; and

• Up to 50 bonus entries by posting a video telling everyone why trades work is good work, tag @companycam, and use #DoGoodWork

1. GIVEAWAY: The promotion is a free randomized selection of Participants (the ​“Contest”) from all eligible Entries. After the Contest Period, on or about June 30, 2025, three (3) Participants will be selected to win (each, a ​“Winner”) a $1,000 gift card to a tool-related store (the ​“Prizes”) of Winner’s choice (i.e. Home Depot, Menards, Lowe’s), subject to Sponsor’s approval. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. By Entering, you accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use Winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All applicable federal and state/​provincial laws apply. Participants also agree to receiving promotional materials or other marketing notices sent to Participant’s contact information submitted in the Entry, provided that Participant may opt out of receiving such materials at any time in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy pursuant to Section 10. 

2. RELEASE: Before being declared the Winner, the selected Participant will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release form (the ​“Release”), indicating that the selected Participant: (a) has complied and agrees to comply with these Official Rules; (b) accepts the Prize as offered; © will keep their winning notification confidential until notified by Sponsor; (d) releases Sponsor, and its agents, employees, contractors, and any other parties to be added to the Release in Sponsor’s sole discretion (the ​“Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest or their acceptance, use, misuse, or awarding of the Prize; (e) indemnifies the Released Parties from any and all losses that Sponsor may incur arising out of any act or omission by the Participant in connection with the Contest or the Prize; (f) acknowledges and agrees Winner’s name may be published on Sponsor’s website or social media accounts; and (g) except where prohibited by law, acknowledges Sponsor’s and its authorized representatives’ right to publish and/​or broadcast the Winner’s name and/​or statements without further compensation other than the Prize offered. The wording of the Release will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor may also add such other terms and conditions to the Release as Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may deem necessary. The selected Participants must return the Release by the date indicated on the document in order to be a Winner. If the Release is not returned on time or is returned as non-deliverable or if the selected Participant is disqualified for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited, and another Participant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Participants until the Prize is successfully awarded.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By Entering and participating in the Contest, Participants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for: an entrant’s failure to receive Prize notices or due to entrant’s spam, junk e‑mail, Instagram privacy settings or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, possible fraud, technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs), or other irregularities (including transmission and communication errors) compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend, or modify this Contest in a manner it deems appropriate. Sponsor also reserves the right to in its discretion within the bounds of law remedy the situation or, if no remedy can be achieved, discontinue the Contest. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning Participant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online Entry form. 

4. PRIZE: There are three (3) Prizes available in this Contest, awarded to a randomly selected Participant of the Contest as described above. Each Prize value is $1,000.00 USD. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitution or transfer of Prize permitted by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Prize will be awarded subject to the terms of these Official Rules. If a prospective winner is disqualified for any reason or does not respond in a reasonable amount of time Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to the next randomly selected Participant of the Contest. 

5. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Nebraska, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska.

6. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an Entry or in connection with the Contest is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy found on Sponsor’s website at https://​com​pa​ny​cam​.com/​p​r​i​v​a​c​y​-​p​olicy.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will contact Winners via DM to selected Participant’s Instagram account associated with the Entry on or about June 30, 2025. Sponsor will allow prospective Winner thirty (30) days to respond. If no response is received from Winner within 30 days, Winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Prize will be either shipped directly to Winner via standard shipping methods to the address provided by Winner or electronically to the email address provided by Winner. The return of the Prize as undeliverable may also result in disqualification of Winner and selection of an alternate by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

8. NO ENDORSEMENT. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social networks that are used to share the Contest. Participant understands that Entry information is provided to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social networks.
