CompanyCam’s project timelines and photo galleries let you share progress with customers, from project start to finish.
Project Timelines
Project timelines let you send real-time updates to your customers. Once you create a project in CompanyCam, you can copy the timeline link and send it by text or email.
After you share the link, customers can use it any time to view the latest photos taken on the project.
You stay in control. If you no longer want to share progress, you can turn off the timeline link in the web app. If there are specific photos you don’t want to show, you can hide them from the timeline.
Photo Galleries
Photo galleries are better for sharing a summary of the work after a project is finished. They’re also a good option for social media or email follow-ups.
You choose which photos to include — no duplicates, no clutter.
To create a gallery, select the photos you want, click Share, then choose Gallery. You’ll get a link you can send by text, email, or post online.
What’s the difference?
You can’t go wrong with either, but there are a few key differences between timelines and galleries:
