How the CompanyCam + Roof Hub integration works
After you connect Roof Hub and CompanyCam, you can start to put your field photos to work in your estimates:
When you reach the Proposal section of an Estimate, you can start to add your CompanyCam photos.
If there is an address match, Roof Hub will suggest the matching CompanyCam project to help your estimators keep things straight.
Select the photos you want to add, and they’ll sync to Roof Hub. The rest of your photos stay in CompanyCam to avoid any unnecessary data duplication.
Important note: This is a one-way integration, so only the CompanyCam photos you select will be added to each Proposal, giving you full control over what does and doesn’t sync.

With the integration enabled, you can instantly access all the photos your crew is already taking in CompanyCam, like pre-existing damage, tricky measurements, and areas to avoid, giving estimators the photos they need when they need them.

Because CompanyCam photos are only available for selection during the Proposal portion of an Estimate, Roof Hub users have full control over what does and does not transfer.
The sales, install, and warranty teams can continue to use CompanyCam as their hub for what’s happening on the job from start to finish, and estimators and admins using Roof Hub can easily find the exact photos they need from those projects without having to import them all.
How to Connect CompanyCam and Roof Hub
First things first: You need an active account with CompanyCam and SRS Roof Hub. You also need Admin or Manager role permissions in CompanyCam. And you must be logged into both of your accounts in a web browser.
In Roof Hub, click Integrations (under Tools) in the left-side navigation.
Locate the CompanyCam card and click the Connect button.
Enter your CompanyCam login information to authenticate your account.
