Followup CRM manages your leads, bids, client communication, and sales pipeline for roofing, restoration, exteriors, and general construction. CompanyCam captures everything that happens on site.
The Followup CRM and CompanyCam integration connects both platforms — so photos taken in the field are instantly available inside every Followup CRM project, ready to attach to bids and estimates before you leave the job.
How the CompanyCam + Followup CRM Integration Works
Once you connect Followup CRM and CompanyCam, the integration automatically:
- Generates a CompanyCam project from inside a Followup CRM entry using the Create CompanyCam button — which updates to View CompanyCam once the project is created, giving you one-click access to the project from either platform.
- Syncs all photos taken in the CompanyCam project back to the corresponding Followup CRM entry under Documents automatically.
- Creates a matching Followup CRM record when a new project is created in CompanyCam, so the connection works in both directions.
One thing worth knowing: Each Followup CRM user sets up the integration individually under their own account settings — not once at the account level. This allows user-specific documentation between both platforms, but it does mean every team member who needs the integration active will need to connect it themselves.
A Bid With Photos Wins More Often Than One Without
In roofing, restoration, and exteriors, the difference between a bid that wins and one that gets shopped around often comes down to how well you documented the job site. When a prospect can see exactly what your crew found — the damage, the scope, the conditions that justify the price — the bid isn’t just a number. It tells a story the customer can follow.
With CompanyCam photos available directly inside Followup CRM, your sales team has real job site documentation ready to attach to every bid without calling the field crew or hunting through a shared drive. The photos are already there, already tied to the right project, and ready to use the moment a bid needs to go out.
Keep Your Pipeline Moving Without Losing Track of the Details
Followup CRM is built around one core idea: nothing slips through the cracks. Every lead gets tracked, every follow-up gets logged, and every bid gets the attention it needs to close. CompanyCam makes sure the documentation behind every one of those records is just as complete.
When photos are tied to the right Followup CRM project from the moment they’re taken, your sales team always has the context they need to follow up confidently. They’re not asking “what did we find on that job?” — they’re pulling up the photos and walking the customer through exactly what was documented. Every photo is organized by project from the moment it’s captured, so the right documentation is always one click away inside Followup CRM.
Documentation That Supports Every Stage of the Sales Cycle
In roofing and restoration, a job doesn’t end when the bid is accepted. It continues through production, completion, and customer sign-off — and the documentation your crew captures at every stage is what protects your business if anything gets questioned along the way.
With CompanyCam photos flowing into Followup CRM throughout the job, your sales team has a complete visual record from first site visit to final walkthrough. When a customer pushes back on the scope, questions what was found, or needs to see proof of completed work, the documentation is right there inside the project.
For roofing and restoration contractors managing high bid volume across multiple active jobs, that kind of organized, accessible documentation is what keeps close rates up and disputes short.
