When a lead, job, or project is created or updated in CQ, a corresponding project is automatically created in CompanyCam — pre-loaded with the customer name, site address, and job details. The sync works in both directions, so projects started in CompanyCam will also create matching records in CQ. From there, field crews capture photos, checklists, and progress updates in CompanyCam on-site, exactly as they normally would.
Photos sync back to the linked CQ record automatically, giving office teams instant access to field-level context for estimating, quoting, scheduling, and invoicing, all without leaving CQ. Each CQ project record also includes a direct deep link to the CompanyCam project, so pulling up the full project record is only one click away.
