CompanyCam Payments ACH PROCESSING FEE Promotion

Effective Date: December 8, 2025

1. Promotion Period. This promotion runs from the Effective Date through December 31, 2025 (the ​“Promotion Period”). The date and time of all payments are determined by the internal systems of CompanyCam, Inc. (“CompanyCam”).
2. Eligibility. This promotion is available to CompanyCam customers located in the United States of America who: (i) have an active CompanyCam subscription; (ii) have a Payments Account in good standing; and (iii) receive their first payment processed through the Payments Service during the Promotion Period (a ​“Qualifying Payment”). The date of the customer’s Stripe onboarding does not affect eligibility. Customers who received any payment through the Payments Service before the Effective Date are not eligible for this promotion. The promotion is limited to one (1) participating Payments Account per customer (as determined by CompanyCam in its sole discretion).
3. How to Qualify. No promotional code is required. If customers meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 and receive a Qualifying Payment during the Promotion Period, the promotional benefit in Section 4 will be applied automatically.
4. Promotional Benefit. Eligible customers will pay zero dollars ($0.00) in Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) processing fees on payments received through the Payments Service from the date of their Qualifying Payment through June 30, 2026, up to an aggregate maximum amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) in payments processed per customer account through June 30, 2026 (the ​“Cap”). This promotional benefit applies only to standard ACH processing fees on successfully processed transactions. It does not waive: (i) credit or debit card processing fees; (ii) chargeback, dispute, or returned-payment fees; (iii) refund or reversal fees; or (iv) any other fees, assessments, or charges described in the Payments Terms and Conditions. This promotional benefit is not transferable and has no cash value.
5. Limitations. This promotion applies only to ACH processing fees on payments processed through the Payments Service. CompanyCam may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any customer that attempts to manipulate or abuse this promotion, including by creating duplicate or fictitious accounts or otherwise violating the CompanyCam Terms of Service or Payments Terms and Conditions. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
6. Termination of Promotional Benefit. For each eligible customer, the promotional benefit will terminate upon the earliest of: (i) June 30, 2026; (ii) the date the customer reaches the Cap described in Section 4; (iii) cancellation or termination of the customer’s CompanyCam subscription; or (iv) suspension, closure, or termination of the customer’s Payments Account.
7. Changes to or Termination of Promotion. CompanyCam may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason. Any such change will not retroactively affect ACH processing fees already waived prior to the effective date of the change, except as required by law or to protect against fraud, abuse, or misuse of the promotion.
8. General Terms. CompanyCam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time and for any reason. These terms incorporate the CompanyCam Terms of Service and Payments Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these promotion terms have the meanings given in the Payments Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion or continuing to use the Payments Service, you agree to these promotion terms, the CompanyCam Terms of Service, and the Payments Terms and Conditions.
