Jobber manages your estimates, scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication. CompanyCam captures everything that happens on site.
The Jobber and CompanyCam integration connects both platforms automatically — so photos taken in the field sync instantly to the corresponding Jobber job, and are ready to attach to quotes, invoices, and customer records without anyone manually transferring files between tools.
How the Jobber Integration Works
Once you connect Jobber and CompanyCam, the integration automatically:
- Creates a CompanyCam project when a new client address is added in Jobber.
- Updates the CompanyCam project label as the job moves through stages in Jobber — “Jobber Request,” “Jobber Quote,” or “Jobber Job” — so your team can see where things stand at a glance.
- Syncs photos, videos, and files taken in CompanyCam to the most recently updated Request, Quote, or Job in Jobber, where they appear in the Internal Notes section.
- Adds a universal link to the CompanyCam project on the Jobber job record, so anyone working in Jobber can jump directly to the project documentation.
- Automatically assigns users in CompanyCam to match the users assigned in Jobber, when Auto Assign Users is enabled.
One thing worth knowing: Photos and videos won’t sync back to Jobber until a Request, Quote, or Job has been created for the property. A client address alone won’t trigger the sync. Once you create the first Request, Quote, or Job, the sync activates and everything captured in CompanyCam flows to the right Jobber entry from that point forward.
Give Every Quote and Invoice Something to Stand On
A quote backed by job site photos tells a more complete story than one that doesn’t. When your customer can see exactly what was found on site, the scope of work is clearer, the price makes more sense, and approvals come faster.
With CompanyCam photos syncing automatically to every Jobber job, your office has the documentation they need to build detailed, credible proposals without waiting on the field crew to send anything over. The same applies to invoices. When a customer can see what was done alongside what they’re being charged for, questions get answered before they’re asked.

One Project, Every Stage of the Job
As a Jobber job moves from Request to Quote to Job, the CompanyCam project label updates automatically to reflect where things stand. You don’t end up with three separate projects for the same property. The documentation stays in one place in CompanyCam, clearly labeled, while Jobber keeps the financial and scheduling records separated by stage.
If a property already has a CompanyCam project, a new Request, Quote, or Job in Jobber won’t create a duplicate — it just updates the label and starts syncing photos to the new entry. That means your job documentation stays organized by property over time, even on recurring jobs.
Standardize What Your Crew Captures on Every Job
When different crew members or subcontractors are working jobs dispatched through Jobber, documentation quality can vary. One tech captures everything. Another captures the minimum. By the time the invoice goes out, the record is incomplete and the office has to chase photos down after the fact.
Checklist templates in CompanyCam solve this before it starts. Build a standard template for each job type, and every person on site captures exactly what the customer record requires — regardless of who was dispatched.
That documentation syncs to Jobber automatically, so the record is complete and consistent from the first photo to the final invoice. If you want to sync Pages or Checklists to Jobber, export them as PDFs and save them to the project’s Files tab — they’ll sync over with everything else.
