A seat is one person with their own login. Anyone who needs to capture photos, manage projects, or access job documentation gets a seat. You can add seats anytime as you grow, and if someone leaves, just remove their seat. Your photos and project history stay in your account.

Yes. You can invite subcontractors when you need them and control what they can access.

As long as you’re a CompanyCam customer, your photos stay in your account. They’re stored securely in the cloud and encrypted in transit. Only people you invite can access them. If you ever cancel, you can export your photos before your access ends.

No. Your job photos are stored in the cloud, so they don’t clog your camera roll. (You may see temporary storage used for uploads, but it won’t grow indefinitely.)

Yes. You can capture photos on-site without service, and everything syncs when you’re back online.

Yes. CompanyCam works on both iOS and Android.

Dual Video and LiDAR capture require supported iOS devices. Once captured, the videos and photos can be viewed and used by anyone on your team on any device. To capture LiDAR photos, you’ll need at least one supported iPhone or iPad with a LiDAR sensor.
